Catherine is a UK and US licensed paediatric Speech and Language Therapist. She trained at Columbia University in New York and is a member of the Speech Disorders and Paediatric Dysphagia special interest groups in the UK.She currently holds a part time NHS role working within the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and Children's ward, and specializing in neonatal and paediatric feeding disorders.

Catherine previously worked in a paediatric rehabilitation hospital with infants and children with feeding disorders and complex communication needs. She has also worked in early years clinics, mainstream schools andthe private setting, providing assessment and treatment programmes to children with delayed / disordered speech and language.

Catherine uses a variety of intervention approaches in order to tailor therapy programmes to the child's individual needs. She works with the family and caregivers providing training and guidance to support the child's learning and development. She is trained in the Nuffield Dyspraxia Program and Makaton.
